« The check in process was among the worst that I have experienced. I had 2 rooms and one of them the air conditioning did not work. My son, daughter-in-law, their 6-year old and their 2-year old were finally moved to another room at 10pm. »

« Holiday Inn Express next door was full of life. For the size of this property there were not even 10 cars. Pool was not operational. Property looked like something from skid row. Was charge an early check-in fee when it was only 10 minutes (2:50p) before regular check-in time (3:00p) and room was already turned over for next guest. »

« The gentleman at the front desk was very nice. He allowed us to see the room before we completed the booking to start our stay. Unfortunately, we decided to not stay at all. « This is a beautiful hotel. Clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfy and the AC and ceiling fan kept the room cool on a hot weekend. We could see the river out of our first floor window. So pretty! We ate dinner at the restaurant on the property and I wasn’t impressed. I would stay again. »
