« The location of this hotel is fantastic, but there are many hotels in the area. We paid extra to enjoy the luxury of this hotel and did not receive the best service. The coffee pods in our room were not replaced nor was the water. One occasion as we passed by our room the housekeeper asked us to unlock it for her as her key didn’t work. I’m unsure how she was going to get in there if we hadn’t passed….

« Late arroval with 2 huge luggage's and the person at the desk give us a room at the 3rd level... without elevator !!! We reclam to use one who go only at the second floor!
Then the A/C in the room 1304 make a noise! It looks like sleeping near a plane! horrible! And the windows are not double glazing so with the road in front it was a disaster! We were so enthousiastic by seeing the pictures and at the end so deeply disappointed. »

« Apt was great and spacious, its very convenient to Pitt and CMU but entrance is in a side street that feels like an alley and the immediate area doesn’t feel like a neighborhood so that was only downside. Literally 2 min drive to anywhere but prefer to stay where immediate area is more walkable lively community. For the price and space it was great though. »
