« We’ve stayed here before and conditions were much better. This time, Room 401, was atrocious. The A/C would not get the humidity out of the room no matter what the temperature setting. The Fan was set to AUTO but never shut off even though you could hear the compressor cycle. The sheets were “scratchy” which was another new problem. « Front desk staff literally visited with each other before anyone bothered to wait on me. And they knew I was standing there. Bad first impression for sure! Should have had a room w/2 beds & only had a king with a pullout couch. The mattress on the pullout was about maybe 3 inches thick & felt like it was made of cardboard. Definitely would not recommend this hotel especially because the room was about $400!!! »

The couch that folds out into a bed was a twin bed. The fitted sheet they gave us for the fold out bed had multiple stains on it.
The room was designed for ADA. The shower water went all over the bathroom floor. We didn’t have enough towels to clean it. Went to get more towels from the front desk and they didn’t have any.
