« Excellent place to stay! »

« We liked everything about The Boulevard Inn. The location was excellent. We enjoyed being able to walk to Cary Town as well as several outstanding museums in the area. The Inn is located in the neighborhood of many beautiful older homes which we found to be very interesting as we explored this part of historic Richmond. « Very quiet stay. Personel was helpful. Room and hotel a bit dated but ok. »

« Tu he inside of the hotel really need to be renovated. The bedroom and bathroom was very outdated, everything needs to be updated. Bed was confortable. Breakfast terrible. We stayed there because of its location and reasonable price. »

« Perhaps this is a more general hotel thing cutting corners and not including stuff that used to be standard but there is basically no housekeeping. They change towels (no fresh linens, no cleaning) every other day. Literally we got new towels and a roll of toilet paper. Supposedly if you stay a week they clean the room. I’m sure it saves them a ton of money but the savings sure don’t seem to be passed on to the customer. We could have used the floor vacuumed but not gonna happen! There...

« The rooms were not very clean and my room was not cleaned during any of my 3 days stay. We were constantly asking for clean towels, toilet paper and garbage removal. The valet was rude; upon my arrival, they said I couldn’t unload my luggage or being at the hotel entrance unless I paid them. I had to ask for assistance at the front desk. The property doesn’t have self parking »
