« Very impressed with room cleanliness, shower head/water pressure and comfortable bed. Also appreciated the complimentary breakfast buffet, for both food quality and presentation.
Was disappointed with the front desk’s inability to honor my longstanding request for an early checkin (1 pm). I arrived at 1pm and was told my room wasn’t ready. Was told I would be notified by phone when the room was available. Never received the promised phone call and was issued room keys at 3:10pm. »
