« The staff was extremely helpful in any situation even though there was no situation to deal with plus they keep the hotel smoke free inside they have a smoking station out front with a overhead roof plus shopping center is next door walking distance with a Walmart, aldi, smoke shop, military memorial park across route 100 with a water park, skateboard park, basketball and baseball court and field, free wifi with good connection »

« I got 8 rooms, and every single one of them was dirty. The level of cleanliness was completely unacceptable. This place should either be closed until the sanitation issues are addressed or investigated by the appropriate health authorities. I would not recommend staying here. »

« I had booked my room several months in advance, but when I asked the hotel if it was possible to move my stay to the following night, they refused because I hadn’t chosen a flexible or refundable rate. A small gesture of goodwill would have been appreciated, but apparently that’s not part of the hotel’s policy. Coming up in some areas throughout the building including in the room. Wet floor sign in same place for 3 days. To lazy to move. Front entrace unswept in MONTHS. « I rated this property low for two reasons. 1) the biggest thing was that it advertised having an electric charger for my car. It didn’t. It had a 110v outlet. We had driven out of our way so that we could stay somewhere we could charge our car. We had planned on being able to wake up to a fully charged car. Instead we had to leave early to go find a charger. 2) when we arrived there was no one at the front door desk. The sign said to dial “0” on the phone. I did several times and nothing...

« After I went there, I tried to call the hotel as this is a place without a reception. No one attended the call but I got a message asking for my First name and Last name and my mobile number. I sent the details. I got a reply that the hotel is overbooked due to technical error and that my booking is cancelled. They just left me on the road. I had to make urgent arrangements. »
