« Un immense merci à Mina pour l’accueil digne d’un palace, avec une gentillesse hors norme ! Mina a tout mis en place pour que notre séjour se passe à merveille, et nous la remercions pour cela ! L’hôtel est top, avec un emplacement idéal pour tout faire à pied. La piscine était un peu fraîche, donc ils l’ont chauffée, et la température était ensuite parfaite ! « This hotel is absolutely gorgeous! We spent 4 nights on a girls trip. The rooms were clean and the beds were so comfy. They have candles lit all over the hotel and it smells fabulous! Everything is done up in chic Southwest and there are tons of little nooks you can escape to for reading, making a private call or just chatting with a cocktail. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Bar well stocked and food was excellent. Everything is within walking distance since you are right on the...

« L’hotel m’a décompté à 2 reprises la facture sur ma carte de crédit !! Malgré 2 mails envoyés, je n’ai aucun retour de leur part. Je l’avais déjà signalé à la réception; on m’a répondu que c’était résolu mais ce n’est pas le cas !!! Une fois le séjour terminé, il n’y a plus aucun service à la clientèle. De la part d’une chaîne hôteliere comme Hyatt, c’est inacceptable !! »
