« Room was clean and staff was nice and helpful. They put me in a quiet room which was exactly what I needed. The pillows are big fluffy lumps and they gave me the worst stiff neck. Also, no shampoo! You can’t tell when the bottle is empty. I called to get shampoo and I got two more conditioners because it said apres shampoo and was confusing to the staff, I think. »

« The apartment was lovely and spacious. Great location for our needs. We had a good stay but it could have been great with a few more simple amenities. There was no dresser space, only 2 pants hangers in the closet and only one towel hook in the bathroom. With no drawers for clothing luggage racks would have been helpful. »

« Condition of property.. MC your brand is being tarnished! We have stayed at many RI and been very pleased this one however I would not recommend. Furniture dirty, torn/damaged, staff friendliness missing, pool area dead shrubs, broken chairs, towel size slightly larger then a hand towel. Positives breakfast & location! »

« Recently renovated room, however no double paned windows to continuous highway noise from US I-75 = not relaxing. Not to mention the front desk staffer who booked me in a room next to another room that was currently undergoing renovations! This meant loud drilling noise from 9 to 5. When I asked to move the next day, I to interact with a very disrespectful and unpleasant front desk worker who would not change my room or accommodate me. « We stayed at the Graduate Hotel in Dallas and felt the room rate itself was reasonable. Our room with two queen beds was comfortable, but surprisingly there was no closet, which made it difficult to hang clothes or stay organized. We also had ants in the room near the beds and on the table. We reported it and were told the issue would be addressed, but unfortunately we still saw ants the next day.
