Upon entering Hoglets, you are welcomed by the homely open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area, complete with everything you could need to make your stay comfortable and memorable. Relax in the sitting area after a long day exploring all that the local area has to offer, prepare a delicious home cooked meal in the well-equipped kitchen, or while away the evenings in the private garden, with easy access from the open-plan living area.

The bedroom offers a cosy retreat, with a spacious king-size bed and plenty of home comforts, to ensure your stay at Hoglets is peaceful. The bedroom also boasts the en-suite shower room.

Outside, Hoglets benefits from a small fenced off garden with comfortable seating, so that you can enjoy a morning coffee in the quiet countryside, or while away the warm evenings outside.

Overbury Estate, Conderton, is a beautiful hamlet, situated on the outskirts of the Cotswolds and serves as a perfect base to explore not only the hamlet itself, but all that the Cotswolds has to offer too. There are stunning countryside walks right from the doorstep of Hoglets, so if you are looking for the perfect base to explore the countryside then look no further!

Overbury Estate provides almost 5,000 acres of farmland, woodland and countryside right on the slopes of Bredon Hill, on the outskirts of the Cotswolds. With an abundance of footpaths and bridleways right from the doorstep of Hoglets, guests can explore open countryside, peaceful woodland and experience far reaching views across the Vale of Evesham, and beyond. The local pub is only a stones throw away from the cottage, and offers 20% off food to guests staying at Hoglets.

The historic market town of Tewkesbury is 6 miles away, Cheltenham Spa around 12 miles and the Malvern Hills are within easy reach too.

Perfectly situated to serve as a base for exploring the Cotswolds, or as somewhere to escape everyday life, Hoglets is the ideal place to relax and unwind.

Please note, there is an Electric Vehicle Charger at Hoglets, however this does not currently work.

Please note, whilst this property is dog friendly, we are only able to accept one dog. Please enquire with our team if you would like to bring more than one dog.

Please note, Hoglets is next door to the owners property and they do have a dog. Guests privacy will be respected at all times.

**Important: To help protect our homes and guests, we may require the lead guest named on the booking to complete an independent ID verification process prior to arrival. It’s nice and easy, taking less than 5 minutes to complete. Please note this MUST be completed by the named booker. If completed by someone else, we will request for the verification to be resubmitted. Failure to complete this process correctly may result in the cancellation of the booking.

Please note: We verify your details before your booking can begin and this must be completed 48 hours prior to your stay. You’ll receive a secure link to our deposit, damage waiver and ID verification platform to complete this step. You’ll be given the choice between paying a fully refundable £300 deposit (with a small, non-refundable £5.00 fee to cover payment processing fees) or purchasing a non-refundable £30 damage waiver, which protects you against accidental damage up to £300 during your stay. Check-in information will only be sent once this is completed.**
