After completing your booking, you will receive a digital rental agreement by email. To secure your reservation, please review and sign the agreement within 48 hours. Reservations may be subject to cancellation if the agreement is not signed within this timeframe.

- Parking available for a maximum of four vehicles; two garage spaces
- 4WD vehicles are recommended
- Multi-ski boot dryer to keep equipment warm and ready for the next day

- Access to the Tram Tower complex fitness center with men's and women's locker rooms and sauna

Important Policies
- Please note, this property has exterior video monitors located at the entrance and on exterior living spaces. This may include video doorbells or mounted exterior cameras
- Motorcycles, trailers, Sprinter Vans and RVs are not permitted
- Pets are not permitted at Rendezvous Mountain Rentals short-term rental properties. Service dogs are allowed with prior notification and required paperwork
- Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) as service animals; property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation. Please contact our office for guidance
- Long-term rentals (30+ nights) require a lease agreement, security deposit, and are subject to homeowner approval
