« This cottage had a lot of character. It is a salt box house that the owner is updating. It looks onto the ocean, a starkly beautiful corner of Newfoundland. The steps inside present barriers for individuals with accessibility issues. There is a high stair leading from the kitchen to the bathroom and living room level. The largest bed is on the second floor up a set of narrow stairs and with a low railing. If you get up during the night to use the washroom, the stairs would be tricky...

« The property was absolutely beautiful,the view of ocean while outside stunning.The cabin was spotless and the lay out of the cabin was perfect.The only complaint we had was the amount of flies out in the enclosed porch with hot tub.There were hundreds,no kidding.They had the fly traps there and left extra ,but it was so bad that we had to call the owner and he got his property manager to come down and clean up.They said it was the farm up the road but we didn’t think it was that cause when girls...

« We had a wonderful stay at this cozy beachfront cottage in King’s Point! The location is fantastic, with beautiful ocean views and very quiet. The cottage was comfortable, well equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. I appreciated the touches like the great WIFI, bedside tables on BOTH sides and the charger on one of them. We really enjoyed being able to sit back and take in the scenery right from the property. The cottage was a perfect base for enjoying the surrounding area...
