🏞️ A short 10-minute walk or a 2-minute drive brings you to the resort's private lake beach. Here, you can swim, kayak, rent non-motorized boats, or cast a line for some fishing. The community also features a playground and bocce courts for seasonal fun, tennis courts, and a golf course for active days.

🚗 This Terra Alta property is best accessed by car. Parking is free on the premises, with space for up to 3 vehicles in the driveway. The surrounding area has limited public transit, making a personal vehicle the most convenient option for exploring.



🚕 Rideshares may be available, though service can be less frequent in Terra Alta compared to larger cities. Plan for potential wait times if you opt for rideshare services.



🚶 You can walk to the lake beach, playground, and bocce courts (seasonal) in about 10 minutes. Other community amenities like the lodge, restaurant, and indoor pool are a few minutes drive away.



✈️ The nearest major airports are a drive from Terra Alta. Guests should arrange ground transportation or car rentals in advance if flying into the region.



Other Things to Note:

▶ This home is privately owned and does not include maid service or daily cleanings. The cleaning fee covers a final cleaning (after your checkout).



▶ Unregistered guests are not permitted.



▶ Pets are not allowed.



▶ No parties. Quiet hours are 10:00 pm to 9:00 am. Significant noise or playing loud music after 10:00 pm will result in you being asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.



▶ Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property - this includes the interior of the home, as well as all outdoor areas such as the deck, porch, yard, driveway, and any territory associated with the property. If there is any evidence of smoking, a $250 penalty will apply, and your reservation will be terminated immediately without a refund for any unused nights.



▶ Check-in is at/after 4 pm and check-out time is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11 am.



▶ During check-in, you will find towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper provided for your convenience. Please note that we do not provide additional supplies during your stay, so we recommend planning accordingly.



▶ Please note that moving the furniture in the home is not permitted. Violation of this rule can result in a penalty in the amount of $250.



▶ TRASH: Front of house.



▶ Do not flush paper towels, wipes, trash, or feminine products down the toilet. Please use the bins instead. If it is found that something has been flushed and clogged the septic system, you could be charged damages.



▶ Our properties are professionally cleaned and treated regularly for pests. Due to the local climate, occasional insects may enter the home despite our best efforts. Please let us know if you experience any issues, and we'll address them immediately.
