« Room are good but there were work in the hotel, so all day it was noisy but the hotel made some effort to compensate this issue. Re »

« Our stay at El Xalli was amazing. I received clear communication from staff with information about a shuttle that was arranged for me at the airport. We arrived late and our check-in was extremely smooth. During our stay, the staff were extremely helpful always friendly. Everyone from a young man keeping the grounds clean to the bartenders all the way up to the manager. Every interaction I had with staff was professional, friendly, and outstanding. We would definitely return. »
