Two Epic Houses in Wine Country!

Welcome to Pioneer Ranch! Bring your family and friends to two architectural dreams! The property has been fully renovated by the former design director at Pottery Barn who turned a former hippy ranch into a Mid Century Ranch Dream!

The Tower House boasts a great room with 20 foot ceilings, modern kitchen and stunning dining/ living areas for viewing the property's country side as well as private bedrooms and bathrooms (each with a mini kitchenette). Next to the great room you enter the music saloon with which possesses a vibe Nashville would be proud of! Sleeps 12.

The Dome House boasts a mid century vibe with gorgeous wood ceilings, a staple fireplace and windows galore to take in the California countryside. Sleeps up to 6.

Amazing location, sleeps 16, and with awe dropping architecture you can't go wrong! There is so much to see the discoveries in these houses are endless!

The Space:
First Level:
Living/ Kitchen/ Dining/ Saloon - Queen BR, Full in Saloon, Futon
Second Level - King BR, Full BR
Third Level - Queen BR
*Privacy is limited on second level bedrooms with limited doors.

DOME
The Space:
Two queen beds and main couch movable for additional bed area as well. *There are no doors for privacy for bedrooms.
One full bathroom on main level with separate tub and shower.

Property is in the country on a dirt road so there can be wildlife and dust present. Property is on well water so bottled water is recommended.

Guests are expected to be respectful of surrounding neighbors at all times and must comply with the local noise ordinance. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Pioneer Ranch is ideal for photo shoots, musician/ artist retreats, yoga retreats (inquire with host)

We provide starter supplies for guests: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. All other supplies will need to be providing by the guests.

Internet/ TV: We have Wi-Fi set up as well as a Smart TV so you can login to all of your favorite streaming platforms. BYO Passwords

We will be available from 8am-8pm to communicate with over the platform.

Must sign rental agreement upon booking and upload a copy of your legal unexpired driver's license or passport.

Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 3 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Deposit to be processed by host on guests credit card. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.
