Room was spacious, nice and comfortable - and the hotel has a small rooftop terrace. Area is quiet and nice, but with a selection of amazing small restaurants close by. « I thought the environment and the staff were very friendly and cozy. It’s a short walk from any convenience store and Nishiki market is about a 15 to 20 minute walk.

« We were lucky enough to spend a few days of our honeymoon at Nazuna Kyoto Gosho. This Ryokan is incredible, the staff is most welcoming and attentive to every request. Moreover the breakfast is delicious and a truly unique experience.

L’hôtel est propre, le personnel est à l’écoute et attentionné. Les ramens offerts de 21h à 23h sont délicieux ! Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses.
Quant aux bains (Onsen), quel plaisir ! "

"Bel hôtel avec un parfait emplacement. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses, plusieurs produits d’hygiène sont mis à disposition.
Tres peu d’interaction avec le personnel qui n’est pas très arrangeant : nous avons utilisé le séchoir 4 fois sans que le linge soit séché et ils ont refusé de nous donner des jetons supplémentaires ou nous rembourser."

À proximité à pied des lieux de restaurant et shopping mais également des transports. "
"Une chambre type japonaise. Un bain public commun. Une arrivée pas très agréable car on nous demande si on veut que la chambre soit ou non nettoyée pendant nos 3 jours de séjour... Choix d'une chambre fumeur, mais le couloir des parties communes empestait beaucoup trop la cigarette, pas d'aération. Les moquettes de ce dernier étaient tachés... Dans la chambre, la salle principale était agréable avec ses assises japonaises. Mais l'état des futons était limite: déchirés à certains endroits et aussi très fins.
J'ai voulu aller demander un rab de serviettes à main et on m'a demandé de les payer, c'est un peu fort tout de même pour un service d'hôtel... Je ne suis pas très heureuse de mon séjour à cet hôtel, mes quelques échanges avec le personnel n'a pas été très agréable à part avec la femme de l'accueil.
Je ne choisirai pas d'y revenir. Dommage"
