Welcome to our pet-friendly, newly renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom duplex in Temple! Conveniently located near I-35 and Scott and White Hospital, this cozy home offers a full kitchen, a spacious fully-fenced private backyard, and two comfortable king beds. With charming finishes and essential amenities, it`s the perfect retreat for stays of one week or longer in a convenient and relaxing setting.

All guests are required to sign a rental agreement prior to their stay. Access to the property will only be granted once the agreement has been completed and returned.
No smoking anywhere inside or outside the home within 50 feet of the home.

We strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance for added peace of mind. Our cancellation policy applies to every reservation without exceptions, regardless of the reason.

Mechanical failures happen every now and then and are rare. Unfortunately, no refund or rate adjustment shall be made for unforeseen mechanical failures such as electricity, phone service, water, tubs, air conditioning, TV, wifi, appliances, pool, spa, etc. We do have technicians on call and will do our best to get any mechanical failures repaired as soon as possible
