« Great hotel with great location if you need to go across to HK. Everything is very clean and had a wonderful stay there. »

« Hotel tres bien situé ! Personnel arrangeant et sympathique ! Je recommande ! »

« I got to the hotel and they claim I didn’t have a reservation. I had to argue with two front desk employees and even show them my reservation confirmation in my phone. They still didn’t believe me but eventually allowed me to check in. I requested a non smoking room and it smelled like smoke. The room was ok but not very sound proof. The day I left there was a new girl in the desk and she was nice. I would not stay there again. »

« Front desk staff were very helpful and spoke English. It was lovely that tea and coffee were provided in the lobby. The room was big and beds comfy. It was close to the main street - so much food and shops around and the train was close by. Would definitely stay here again. »

« Good view. Convenient. Overall clean. Fair options for breakfast. »

« Hotel is cheap and rooms are big. But mine was infested with bedbugs, and the staff refused to acknowledge the pre-paid breakfast even though it was written on the booking and of course paid for. Cheap hotel indeed, but you will get what you pay for: crappy service, dishonest staff and bugs-ridden rooms. Your call! »

« Good »
