Spacious 5 bedroom ocean view home comfortably furnished and full of character. Easy beach access across the street (within 100 meters). Relax and enjoy tropical paradise at this very private property with a large garden yard and swimming pool. All bedrooms have attached private en-suite bathrooms. Large 3rd floor master suite has additional private plunge pool and private veranda with ocean views. 2nd floor large bedroom sleeps 4 (one king bed, 2 twin beds), has an adjacent family room and large veranda with ocean views. 1st floor kitchen, dining room,and living room, and 3 bedrooms each with king size bed and attached private bathrooms. Easy beach access 100 meters away, beach lounge chairs and shade umbrellas, complementary use of bicycles, kayaks, boogie boards, and paddle boards. Daily housekeeping and concierge services included with your stay.

This place is fantastic and definitely worth coming to see.It's so close to the beach.So much room, there's five bedrooms.There is nine of us.It brought two families together, and we celebrated an engagement, and we couldn't have asked for more, not one of us had one complaint, Arturo was lovely and catalina was very easy to get a hold of when we needed her . And thank you Aruro for recommending cafe macadamia. It was fantastic

We loved our stay at Villa Corina. Great house, so roomy and comfortable. Literally less than 5 minutes walk to the beach which is a very nice beach. We loved hanging out in the pool everyday. Portrero is a cute little town with several restaurants to choose from and a grocery store for supplies. We took a boat trip from the playa Flamingo marina which was just a quick drive away, went to playa conchal which was very fun and pretty and spent a day at Diamante Eco ParkWould definitely recommend a stay here and would absolutely stay here again!

Villa Corina is in a perfect location for those who want to spend time at a very nice beach with light waves and almost no people (until the few who show up for the best sunset in the world!). It is only a 2 minute walk to the beach. And lots of restaurants nearby. We loaded up the included golf cart with the available chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, cooler and more. It was so convenient. We also loved the house! Lots of privacy for 2 adult couples and our 3 young adult kids for everyone to have their own space. We also enjoyed the beautiful pool. This house really has it all! The best was having Arturo as our manager. He was the best communicator and helped ensure a flawless time while at his home.

We had a wonderful stay! Our host greeted us there, showed us around the house, sent us a list of recommended markets, restaurants, and dessert places near by, arranged for us to use kayaks and paddle boards at the beach the next day, told us about the wildlife around us, and all sorts of helpful information. It was our first time there so we had all sorts of questions! We really enjoyed the space. It was great for our group of 10 adults. Three of the rooms are newer and more updated, and two are in the original part of the house and smaller in comparison, so as long as no one in the group is worried about having the newer and nicer rooms, you’ll be alright. The accommodations were clean & comfortable! We also loved our time swimming & sitting at the pool—there were 10 pool chairs and we loved sitting out there listening to the birds all around us and the howler monkeys in the mornings and evenings! Our host brought over the golf cart which we used to drive around town to the markets and to find the monkeys! We loved the beach access so close, and playa portrero felt a little more remote or quiet in comparison to other beaches. We didn’t have vendors which I really appreciated. The ocean was so warm and very fun to swim in! We loved our stay here! Our host was so helpful and kind!

Family Wedding

We rented the Villa for 4 nights for a total of 8 people. We all had plently of room in our own bedrooms. The pool was perfect, and the walking distance to the beach was 1/2 a block and easy. The golf cart was such a blessing because everything you need is very nearby - restaurants, a bank, grocery, and the marina. We loved our stay and this Villa was clean and actually felt like a home with all the necessities you might require. If we ever return for a third time to Costa Rica we will remember this place!

Great property and location

We stayed 7 nights at this beautiful place with 3 families with kids for a total of 13 people. House was very spacious and had great rooms all with individual air conditioning. Pool was great for kids and host had people come and clean it when needed. Short half block walk to the beach was perfect. Kitchen was fully stocked with necessities. We cooked a lot of full meals and had everything we needed. Only suggestion I would have is to add a juicer. I brought my own and made great fruit juice. Had 2 safes for personal belongings which was nice. Would stay here again for sure.

Highly Recommend

We stayed here for a week as a family gathering and to celebrate my wife's 60th birthday. The property couldn't have been more ideal for us with lots of family rooms and gathering areas in addition to the 5 bedrooms. And with the bedrooms spread across 3 floors, no one felt "cramped". Even under the same roof, you could easily escape for a nice long nap. The landscaping around the backyard and pool were picture-worthy. During our stay the pool was cleaned twice and landscapers doubled that! Making it all the more ideal were amenities like a 7-passenger golf cart to get around town, outdoor living areas, pool noodles, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and anything we asked for.But the real treasure of this property was its manager, Arturo. He isn't just "the local contact"; Arturo is truly a skilled concierge. After many VRBO rentals over the years, I've never experienced anyone like him. He made a home rental feel like a high-end hotel experience. He was quick to reply with answers to our many questions, and assisted us in a wide variety of reservations and suggestions of where to eat and where to go. During our stay, he was readily available and personally made sure everything met and exceeded expectations. He arranged a private chef for us, onsite massages, transfers, a rental car drop off and pick-up right at the house, and even a beautiful flower and balloon arrangements all around the first floor. Arturo alone tripled the quality of our experience at this property.

We loved Villa Corina!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Corina in Potrero! Our group consisted of 12 people - a family of 4 and a family of 8. The villa is beautiful with such a unique design and had plenty of space for all of us. We loved the en suite bedrooms, pool, proximity to the beach, and the boogie boards, kayaks, paddle boards, umbrellas, and beach chairs available for us to use at Playa Potrero. We even saw howler monkeys walking back from the beach after sunset! We found Portrero to be a good location for visiting nearby beaches - we loved Playa Penca just to the north, and Playa Conchal and Playa Grande (for surfing) to the south. The property manager, Arturo, was so kind and very responsive to any questions and requests that we had. We highly recommend this villa for your trip to Costa Rica!

Fantastic Property, Location, and Property Management

Stayed here with a group of friends for a nearby wedding. The property was perfect for our group - great for being social while also allowing everyone plenty of space, with ample bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, multiple living areas, and the pool. The beach is steps away and the property management was very helpful during check-in and throughout our stay. We used the electric golf cart to get around when we weren't at the beach, which was very helpful. Cleaning for the property and the pool area was consistent throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Awesome 5 bedroom home near the beach

The 5 bedrooms each with their own full bathroom provided more than enough room for our group of 10 (6 adults and 4 kids). The private pool and 6-person golf cart were put to great use throughout our trip. The concierge Arturo, was fantastic! His communication style was very warm and helpful. We had a problem with one of the shower heads and he was able to have the problem fixed the next day. We requested a gas grill and beach chairs on Christmas day and both showed up on the next day. Arturo was also able to contact Reserva Conchal golf course in order to help us schedule a tee-time...without his help we would not have been able to play at this amazing course. Additionally, Arturo helped us schedule a private chef for a couple evenings and the food was fantastic! I highly recommend this booking!

This property was beautiful and the view and access to the ocean were amazing!! This home was newly remodeled with incredible design features and wonderful decor and the grounds were so well manicured - absolutely breathtaking! There were many fun activities to enjoy onsite, as well as the nearby area. Great water activities, excursions, beach walks, relaxing, dining, shopping - something for whatever we were in the mood for! Unbelievable!

We have been to Costa Rica before and have enjoyed our stay. This place however was on a different level. The home is absolutely beautiful. Recently remodeled. Such beautiful attention to detail. The decor is amazing! The pool is also wonderful!!! Perfect location. Short walk to the beach. Short walk to stores, restaurants,and activities. The staff that works for this property was also a huge help with everything!! They made everything so easy. So appreciated. We will be back to this property for sure!!

Dream get away!

OMG! What an amazing place this was. My husband and I booked a quick get away, for just the two of us. The property has been freshly renovated. The entire top floor, master suite, and plunge pool were absolutely immaculate. We were super close to the beach, just a block away. The staff were amazing. We sat in the pristine, plunge pool, in our master suite, giddy. We spent our days at the beach and in the quaint town of Potrero, both a quick easy walk. We loved our time walking on the beach and in one of the TWO pools on the property. Next time we will absolutely be brining our family. Can’t wait to go back!
