Both homes have their own kitchen, living spaces, and laundry, while the Bank and Jail offer additional places to stay within the town itself. Outside, spend the afternoon soaking in the large spa, grilling and dining beneath the covered patio, playing lawn games, or exploring the open ranch. After sunset, gather around the fire pit beneath the stars.

- NOISE RESTRICTIONS - This property falls under Riverside County jurisdiction, which has strict noise ordinances after 10pm. We ask that all festivities conclude by 9:30 pm in compliance with noise restrictions and in courtesy to neighbors, and require all daytime guests in excess of the specified overnight occupants to vacate the property.

- PHOTO/VIDEO & COMMERCIAL USE - PRIOR APPROVAL IS REQUIRED BEFORE BOOKING: Guests are welcome to take photos and videos for personal use, and we'd love for you to tag @stayfieldtrip when sharing. Please note that drones are not permitted due to county restrictions. Commercial, professional, promotional, editorial, or other revenue-generating shoots are subject to a production fee depending on the scope of the project. Approved productions require advance payment, a signed production agreement, proof of production insurance, and a location release.
