Characterized by striking mid-century modern architecture, contemporary designer furnishings, and fine art photography from award-winning Colorado photographers, our home offers a refined sanctuary in every season. Just 8 steps from the back deck lead directly to the Sundance ski run in winter and hiking paths in summer, delivering unrivaled outdoor access.



The main open-concept living area greets guests with soaring 18-foot floor-to-ceiling windows framing dramatic 270-degree views of the San Sophia Ridge and surrounding peaks. Gather around the electric fireplace for warmth and light, or catch a movie on the large flat-screen TV. Above the living space, a bonus loft provides an extra retreat for remote work or children’s entertainment. Dining options abound with a formal dining space in the Great Room and a relaxed banquette in the chef's kitchen, which comes fully equipped with a Wolf cooktop, Sub-Zero refrigerator, Viking double ovens, dual-zone wine fridge, drip coffee maker, Keurig, blender, cooking utensils, and tableware.



Transitioning outdoors is effortless through the dedicated ski gear room, outfitted with heated boot and glove driers and adjacent to gear storage. The sun-filled, west-facing deck serves as an outdoor oasis, complete with a private 6-person hot tub, gas grill, outdoor dining for 8 with a fire pit, and alpenglow sunsets. On the lowest level, a welcoming entry foyer features hand-placed river rock flooring, custom mudroom storage, and access to the private heated 2-car garage with epoxy coated finish. Free high-speed WiFi and radiant in-floor heating ensure comfort throughout your stay.

Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire 3,050-square-foot residence, including the private 6-person hot tub, outdoor deck, gas grill, ski room, gear storage, dedicated laundry room, and private heated 2-car garage. Guests also enjoy full access to the complimentary Dial-A-Ride door-to-door car service within Mountain Village.



The Neighborhood:

Mountain Village offers an idyllic alpine atmosphere centered around world-class ski culture, luxury amenities, and scenic grandeur. During the winter season, life revolves around the slopes of Telluride Ski Resort, where powder hounds and families alike enjoy direct access to legendary terrain, pristine chutes, and groomed runs. During your ski day, you can easily stop by the Sundancer lodge to grab a hot chocolate and a quick bite before heading back on the slopes. After a day on the mountain, gather in the bustling Mountain Village core for aprés-ski cocktails, ice skating, fine dining, or cozying up by outdoor hearths.



Getting Around:

A car is optional but recommended for added flexibility. The property includes a heated 2-car garage for easy parking. Guests enjoy complimentary Dial-A-Ride door-to-door shuttle service throughout Mountain Village, providing 5-minute access to Market Plaza, ski school, and the Gondola station. The free, scenic pedestrian gondola connects Mountain Village directly to historic downtown Telluride in just 13 minutes, operating daily until late at night.



Other Things to Note:

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.



Please keep in mind the gondola and chondola are closed seasonally.



Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.



4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.



Please note that the hot tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is chemically treated, but other times it is drained and refilled. Because of this, the tub may be cool upon arrival and need additional time to heat up on your first night.

House Rules:

• Pets are not allowed
• No parties or events
• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
