« It was a good clean hotel »

« There are so many things to recommend this hotel. The hotel itself is stunning; the room was so lovely, comfortable, and had a gorgeous view ; the location, away from the centre of town, is amazing - directly on a path which will lead you up to a wonderful hike; beautiful dining room with wonderful food and staff. The location and the views at the hotel cannot be beat. But most of all, the staff is absolutely terrific. They are all friendly, personable, and so so helpful . Paola, Andrea, and...

« Very Nice Hotel, good staff . »

« We spent three nights in this lovely little hotel. The staff is friendly and attentive to their guests. The breakfast is excellent. And all the advice we received was outstanding for our visits and hikes in the Dolomites. »

« Wonderful »

« We loved everything about our stay. The hotel is spectacular. The rooms are roomy, very nice. The pools and spa services are top notch. The location is great, Ortesei is a great town and base for hiking in the Dolomite’s. If you have a chance to stay at this hotel, do it! »

« Clean spacious room , excellent breakfast , excellent courteous servers, excellent spa »

« We enjoyed the lovely breakfast with eggs and the dinner with a lot of fresh vegetables. Hotel staffs are friendly and very helpful to check out local bus and schedule for us. Thank you very much!! There was only one umbrella for us to borrow. Wish you had more like other hotels. »

« Beautiful property just outside of Brunico in a country side. We booked the "smallest" room (per host) but it was still huge for two people. Breakfast was outstanding. The staff extremely helpful. Convenient garage on the property. But it was a bit pricey, which was expected. »

« The whole experience was unreal and I'm not sure I can holiday anywhere else with kids ever again. The kids club, activities, staff, food, spa, pool, room - EVERYTHING was amazing. If you're English and worried about language barriers for the kids, we had no issues, all the staff speak great english and at dinner you get a set table which is near other English speaking families to easily make friends. A couple of the kids shows are in Italian but our toddler still loved them and all the outings...
