« My room was clean and tidy. The staff very friendly and accommodating. The spa was wonderful and the Mountain view made the whole trip worth it. Breath taking views from the balcony and the cleanest most crisp air Iâve ever breathed. »
« We had a great stay in apartment number five, but our checkin process with the front desk at Crystal Hotel was horrible.
Everything up to the payment was great, but then it turned to a complete mess. With no information at all, I was presented with a much higher bill than the Hotels.com confirmation. We do not use euros and I had to do a quick calculation in my head to notice the difference, which was significant.
The front desk told us they had gotten new IT and he had to call his manager who...

The hotel is absolutely magnificent (the hotel itself, the park⊠Everything is sumptuous). The swimming pool and SPA are incredible.
In the restaurant, the buffets are excellent (for breakfast and dinner).
And throughout the stay, we were able to measure the involvement, efficiency and professionalism of all the teams.
Excellent sense of service and always a smile and a kind word ! Congratulations to all the teams !
We will keep exceptional memories of our vacations...
« The hotel is located just outside of KitzbĂŒhel and has multiple facilities.
(+) several saunas, a jazz bar, a spa, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, high-tech room with a smart TV that we could connect our phone to (hence watch our favorite Netflix shows)
(-) We had no views from our balcony. We opened the door of the balcony thinking we'd find vast lands or mountains in front of us, instead there was pretty much nothing.
