It has a bathroom with shower, an equipped kitchen, a living-dining room with a comfortable sofa and direct access to the large terrace, where you can enjoy a good lunch while you contemplate the fantastic views of the ocean and enjoy the climate of the place.

Located in the coastal area of Telde, with all the services around, such as supermarkets and restaurants, and just a few minutes walk from the beach of Melenara and other beaches such as Salinetas. It also has a very good connection with the motorway to travel around the rest of the island comfortably. Located in a quiet environment, only 20 minutes by car from the city of Las Palmas and Las Canteras Beach.
