La Garita is a coastal neighborhood in the municipality of Telde, known for its peaceful, family-friendly atmosphere, away from the tourist crowds but with everything you need close at hand.

The Beach: You'll be just a 1-minute walk from the black sand and calm waters of La Garita Beach.

Amenities: Within a short walk, you'll find supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, and all kinds of essential services.

The Blowhole: Don't miss the spectacular Bufadero de La Garita, a coastal geological formation just steps away where the sea creates natural geysers.

Food and Strolls: Enjoy the long promenade that connects to other beaches and the local restaurants specializing in fresh fish.

Parking: If you are arriving by car, there is free street parking near the accommodation.

Public Transport: The area is very well connected. You can use the Global intercity bus network, which offers direct and frequent connections to Gran Canaria Airport, Telde city center, and Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

📋 House Rules and Notes (Strict)

Legal Registration: Mandatory for guests aged 14 and over (Order INT/321/2021). Access will be denied if online registration is not completed.
Quiet and Noise: Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. The apartment has a noise sensor. Exceeding 75dB or tampering with the device will result in immediate cancellation without refund.
No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited both in the apartment and in the building's common areas.
Cleaning: Dishes must be left clean, and trash must be taken outside the building upon departure.
Pets: No animals of any kind are allowed
Visitors: Access is prohibited to anyone not included in the reservation.
