1. Animals - It is forbidden to bring animals; our apartments are not suitable for this.



2. Smoking - Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. The apartment has a sunny terrace where you can smoke. Of course, while smoking, the cigarette must be put out and extinguished in an ashtray.



3. Parties - The apartments are not intended for mass events or celebrations of any kind.



4. Age Requirement – The minimum age requirement for this property is 30 years old. Reservations that do not meet this requirement may be canceled.



5. The price indicated on the website is for tourists / foreign residents. Without the tourist visa permit, an additional VAT of 18% will be charged on the total booking price. We will not be able to release the full arrival instructions without this payment.

For tourists to avoid this charge, please provide the following:

- Non-Israeli passport

- B2 entry permit (blue or green small note from the airport)

- The reservation name and photo must match the passport and entry permit.



6. Same-Day Booking Policy – Thursdays & Fridays



Please note that same-day, last-minute reservations for Thursdays and Fridays are only accepted until 10:00 AM on the day of arrival.

If you wish to check in on a Thursday or Friday, your reservation must be made no later than 10:00 AM that same day. Bookings made after this cutoff time cannot be accommodated.

We recommend booking in advance to secure your stay. Thank you for your understanding!
