One night in Alberto
The employees are so kind and friendly, the service was great and location is the best. The room is not that big with space for the suitcases and no closet was in our toom.

Fine overall, but the staff didn't make the extra
We came with another couple, bur our rooms were on different floors. When checking in we found out that there was an empty room near our friends, but the desk staff refused to upgrade us (that room was slightly more costy than our room). It didn't even help that we are Isrotel club members (they completely ignored iur membership because we made the order through hotels.com). Also, our room was adjacent to the hotel's gym, so we always heard the gym's door open and close. Other than that, everything was fine.

Dispite the extremely unfortunate circumstances we found ourselves in we really appreciated the kindness and reassurance the staff gave us in terms of advice and safety when they themselves would of been under a lot of stress; ALL your staff should be highly commended !!! Cleanliness is very poor
Staff = 10/10 Cleanliness = 1/10 For a hotel that was just opened last year, the bathrooms are too dirty; the cleaners really need to pay more attention and give it a good scrub. Mould, scum and hairs everywhere. Disgusting! The reception and bar staff were very friendly and excellent though.

Camere molto piccole per una coppia
Hotel costoso (200€ a notte senza colazione), dove la camera era veramente piccola per due persone forse 10-12 mt2. Una sera ho chiesto una bottiglia d'acqua alla reception perchè non me l'avevano lasciata e mi hanno risposto che l'acqua era gratis solo all'arrivo. Fortunatamente le donne di servizio me l'hanno data senza problemi. Hotel di recente ristrutturazione nel pieno centro della città, piena di ristoranti, locali e mercati. Zona top.

+ Excellent location. At the heart of the city .It doesn’t get more tlv than that. Nice hotel, new . Staff was efficient Overall service was good - Bath room drawer had previous guest hairs in it… Soap dispenser was empty upon arrival Sheets were a bit worn out. The hotel doesn’t have an affiliated parking lot so parking fees for a three day visit are something to consider. Room clean up on the second day took place at 14:00 (we had to leave the room) Isrotel is a good hotel chain company I guess We had higher expectation …
