I was pleasantly surprised! Getting to and from the airport was easy. The room and bathroom were simple and very comfortable. There was coffee, tea, and bottled water in the lobby area. I did not go into Yehuda Or, but on the way, it looked lovely and more than one person told me that the eating establishments in the area are fantastic. However, the greatest plus for this Guest House (basically, a small building of hotel room like rooms and bathrooms) is the owner, David. Long story short, on my last day in Israel, I had used up my Shekels and I needed a few more, but lost my bank card. He worked with me to charge my credit card and while he was too far away to get me the Shekels, he arranged for a friend to bring them to me. He went over and beyond to ensure I was taken care of ... this hiccup of mine was not his to fix, and yet, he did!
