« Chambre propre mais bruyante du fait qu’il y a un pub en dessous »

« Nice room and straightforward checking in. Good value if you are on a budget. Small bedroom and bathroom but good well equipped shared kitchen with all facilities including washing machine with line and pegs outside if needed. »

« Check in supposed to be 4pm and still trying to contact landlord at 4.30pm to gain access. Smoke detector off wall and sat on stairs, leaky radiator with a glass under to catch drips, damaged flooring. Dirty throughout. Not good. »

« This place needs shutting down. How it has passed all health & safety measures is beyond me. Nothing like the pictures. The chairs in dinning area where thick with food, feet sticking to the floor. Got to the room & it was disgustingly dirty. Bedding didn’t fit the beds & cig holes in them. The bed frame was snapped with screws sticking out. Spoon burns in the bathroom. « A comfortable and nicely appointed hotel in the centre of the town. Many hotels allow early check-in if rooms are available, but NOT the Hampton by Hilton. You pay £10 per hour extra. « The staff were very friendly, courteous, and helpful. The room we received was very comfortable and clean. Parking was available near the hotel. »

« Wonderful experience. »

« The room had everything we needed, but a microwave would have been a bonus. There was a little kitchenette area with a kettle and a fridge and breakfast items for a continental type breakfast. Some of the cereal packets were out of date and the cereal bowls had dried cereal stuck to them. There was a table and four chairs and a settee and a TV in the room. »

« Very nice surprise with the location at the bottom of Roseberry Toppin , didn’t know about this until we arrived . The hotel is a treat to stay there. We were going to a friends house in Whitby and travelling from west of Scotland. Hence it was good to stop off , we visited Stokesley near bye and loved the English village life . We will stop here again and the cost was worth it. »
