« This hotel needs a complete overhaul. I should’ve looked at the Google reviews and not just Expedia reviews. I would have noticed that there have been elevators that are not functional for over four months now. That’s ridiculous! The night I checked in, at 10pm, for my pre-paid 4 night stay I somehow had misplaced my credit card during the trip from Dallas to be used for "incidentals" and didn't have it with me. « The ac was strong. But being next to a busy road with door and windows leaking light that at no point left the room what i would consider dark. The front desk was helpful for replacing the towels and such, however the apparent lack of and noise isoation is a negative.
