The principle of the hotel is to be able to sleep.
At first glance, the service of the hotel seemed to be correct. The room service and the baggage handlers are great. In spite of a decent welcome, we were quickly disappointed.
- The price of a night in the parking lot is 30euros, which is excessively expensive for a single night. If at least the service was good but when I asked the valet for a round trip so I could put my stuff in my car. And that I be told no, let me put the car in the public parking 10m away by myself
- The light in the room stayed on all night. The principle of the hotel is to be able to sleep. We did not have this honor. Probably a malfunction of the switches, but it was impossible to turn off the light in the room during the whole night. We reported this to the reception, which made no apologies. It is simply unthinkable. No commercial gesture, no compensation and above all no excuse for this problem.
- The card of the room has been demagnetized, so we had to go down to the reception at 2am to make it work again.
- When we left, we simply asked the receptionist for a trash can, who preferred to make us go around the hotel to throw our few garbage in the public trash can, 50m away.
When we had to pay, no doubt, the receptionists smiled. But it stops there. I do not recommend the hotel at all.
Some details may seem silly, but when it accumulates we tend to say that it's the drop too much, too bad it had several drops...
