Lovely little cottage with plenty of privacy and a peaceful atmosphere. It's a bit rustic, which adds to its charm, and we really enjoyed our stay. The spa area could benefit from a few small improvements, but it was still a nice feature and didn't take away from the experience. Overall, a great place to relax, and we'd happily stay again.

Lovely, peaceful 2 night stay. The place was clean and had everything we needed. A short drive to the mineral spa and Te Aroha township. Our host was warm and welcoming, we loved the shortbread cookies :)

A great little space in a convenient location. The bed was the most comfortable I've slept in at a holiday rental, lovely and soft, the perfect spot to laze around and read your book.

Dermot is a lovely host and was very friendly and helpful. Te Aroha is a wonderful wee town, and was the perfect place for a weekend getaway. Highly recommend - we’ll be back!

Fantastic

The property is lovely. Dermot is a wonderful host and an amazing artist. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It’s a lovely spot and a flat level easy walk of about 15mins to Te Aroha’s Main Street with lots to look at and discover, along the way!
