This spacious single-level home is designed with comfort, functionality, and group living in mind. Featuring three well-sized bedrooms, two full bathrooms including an ensuite, and inviting shared living spaces, the property offers a clean, modern layout that supports both relaxation and connection.

The heart of the home is the open-plan living and dining area, flowing seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen. Large windows bring in natural light, while sliding doors open to an outdoor patio with a four burner BBQ, perfect for relaxing or enjoying meals with mountain views.

Thoughtfully furnished and well-maintained, the home includes quality bedding with two queen beds and two singles, comfortable furniture, and modern conveniences. With flexible sleeping arrangements and ample space throughout, it’s ideal for families, groups, or travellers exploring Fiordland National Park.

Getting around from Fiordland is simple and convenient. The home is just a short drive or walk from central Te Anau, where you’ll find shops, restaurants, and essential services. The compact nature of the town makes it easy to explore on foot or by bike, especially along the scenic lakefront.

Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign and agree to our rental conditions.

We require a $500 security deposit hold.

We do not permit smoking inside the property. If you do violate this policy, we will charge you $300 for the additional cleaning services required.
