"Hotel okay but nothing special... Lack of towels in our room was annoying.. It was late and I didn't want to down in the lift to ask for more.. Basic room looks like a Youth Hostel with no soft touches or fittings... Colour scheme isn't exactly soothing... The empty first floor is a worrying feature for lone women entering in the evening.. Anyone can enter.. Very unpleasant.. Reception is on the 2nd floor so help is not available.. Women bear this in mind if planning to stay.. "

"Most things are very good at this hotel.. Only 2 things spoiled the hotel.. 1. Having to use the key card to descend in the lift/elevator.. It is normal to have to use a card to go up but never to go down... This does nothing for security and everything to annoy guests.... Fix it please...... 2. Despite mentioning on my last visit.. The management are still letting scruffy guests go to breakfast wearing pyjamas and 'onesies'.... This should be obvious to all adults not to do this.. Unfortunately some guests don't respect other people..... THE MANAGEMENT SHOULD STOP THIS... "
