« The room smelled like urine. You can hear people walk up and down the hallways and the room next door easily. The front desk staff is extremely rude, unprofessional and entitled. He was insulting and belittling and treated me like I was a hindrance to his day.
I was disgusted by the smell and odors in the room and didn’t sleep at all due to it.
I will never stay at this disaster again. Oh yeah and there was a dog barking. Also the pillows were micro mini pillows. I’ve never seen anything like...

« Room was clean but there were stains on the fitted sheet and a pillow cover. Not a biggie, nothing a little bleach can't fix, but, still quite obvious. The bed was the best part of the experience, it was comfortable, huge and the pillows were supportive and not paper thin.
The AC is a gangster. Cooled down the room in a matter of minutes, probably because it was quite small. User error being as I didn't look to see the size of room before booking.
