House will sleep 12 easily has a big yard and plenty of parking in the garage or for multiple vehicles with trailers!

Great location for our Lake Huron trip with our son and his wife and our 4 grandkids! Everyone enjoyed the space and we could walk to the beach and had a playground park across the street.

The house was conveniently located for all my needs since my daughter got married that weekend in Tawas City. The house was spacious. The parking was great. The beds were a little hard, but I had no problem sleeping. Coming home late at night my daughter encountered some spiders at the entrance of the back door, she was scared but she got over it. I would definitely stay again!! Ryan was very accommodating to the changes that I needed. 5 stars all around. Thank you !!

Great property near the lake

A spacious 3 bedroom property near Lake Huron and the town of Tawas City. The park across the street was a great place to walk the dogs. Great location and access to many activities.

We were in town for my daughter's wedding, which was only a mile away on Wilbur Road and made it so convenient. The house has a perfect set up and even allowed dogs. Beautiful area to walk the dogs. House was clean and comfortable. Ryan was so accommodating, allowing us to check in early, which helped us greatly. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your home.

Great house on the lake

Recently renovated and very well done, this house has everything you need for an "up north" getaway. Plenty of great views and lake access, along with room for our off-road vehicles (3) in the massive driveway. I would recommend this property for anyone looking for a getaway in the Secord, Gladwin, Houghton areas.

Convenient location

I enjoyed a restful weekend during the fall at this house, which was likely much too large for just me. I made ample use of the kitchen. I enjoyed the parks on Lake Huron, some located just a block or two away.

The home was not clean, and it smelled. The kitchen was not stocked properly and there were dirty pans and silverware in the cupboards. The king mattress needs to be replaced, inside windows were filthy. The living room furniture fabric was stained and worn and you sunk nearly to the floor when you sat on it. The front storm door needs to be fixed and there was a screen on a window was torn. The furnace broke and the host came immediately with electric heaters and it was promptly fixed the next morning. He was very attentive and friendly. Nice location and nice neighborhood.

Ryan was great from the beginning. We had a bit of a mess with the dates somehow on my end after booking. Ryan was able to work with us and VRBO and get things taken care of! House was perfect! Thank you!

Great location. Needs new air conditioners!! Didn't have a shower liner in one bathroom. There were minamal screens in windows. It had an odor of dog. Bathroom door handle was broke. Owner communicated well and was convenient. Acomadated a big group!

Good time!!

We had a great weekend!!! Plenty of open room for all of us!! I will say though that when it says air conditioning it’s NOT central air like I assumed, it was a room air conditioner and it was soooo hot up there and with humidity noone slept good..not used to it being so hot and humid up there but it sure was!! That’s my only complaint other then that it was a nice place!!!

Great place to stay especially if you have pets.

The house was super big. Plenty of room. We were basically across the street from the beach. The grocery store is right here. The house was clean the beds and the bathrooms were super nice! We had a really great time!
