Experience waterfront living and spectacular ocean views from this privately owned Ocean Pointe 2/2 condo with double balconies. Located in building 4 which is near the heated pool. There is an elevator in the building. Beyond the pool, take advantage of the numerous amenities, including a picnic area, tennis/pickleball courts, the marina, and the natural Florida Keys beach right on the property. You won’t even have to leave the grounds to watch the boats come in and out of the marina – all your favorite water activities are within reach! With so much to do and experience, this condo is perfect for an unforgettable getaway. There is a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, two twins in the guest room, and a sofa bed in the living area. Make your ocean vacation dreams a reality and book today!
• You must be 25 years or older to book this property.
• NO work crews allowed. Family rentals only.
• Each unit is allowed 2 parking spaces.
• Pets are not allowed per the condo association.
• No Jet Skis allowed on property.
• If bringing a boat, you must have $300,000 liability insurance and $100,000 property damage insurance. You MUST provide proof of insurance PRIOR to arrival. Trailer parking is limited and based upon availability. $50/night. Max boat length is 28 feet. Slips are available on a limited basis. Slip price varies depending on the time of year $3.50-$6/foot/night. Max boat length is 23 feet. Please contact the Ocean Pointe Marina directly for additional details and availability.

The room was just as described. The property was great with a pool and beach. The elevators were out of order but we were notified days before our trip so no complaints there. It was not a difficult flight up.

The condo was beautiful, matching the photos, with all amenities. The balconies and view were so peaceful with an unobstructed view of the ocean. Watching birds, boats, and sunrise was gorgeous. We enjoyed the beach, pool, and tennis, with rackets and balls provided in the condo. The kitchen had all dishes and appliances to make great family meals. Excellent stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was super clean, well stocked and everything was in good working order. The rooms are attractively furnished with beautiful wall pieces. The space feels like a home, not a rental! The Ocean Point property is well maintained also and we met many friendly people.

Great views. Great communication from host. Comfortable unit. Great location with nearby grocery and restaurants.Tennis, pickleball, and pool just out the front door. Plenty to do on property and nearby.Convenient location to explore the Keys beyond Tavernier. Highly recommend a visit to Dolphin Life which is ten minutes away. It's a non-profit doing great work with really great people. Great place to swim with the Dolphins.

We had a wonderful stay and agree that the view is amazing. There are 2 small balconies from which to watch the sun rise every morning. It's glorious. The accommodations are exactly as stated and pictured.

The Condo was lovely, fully equipped, had new appliances, a gorgeous view, and a comfortable bed. However, the sofa was not comfortable for two seniors with back issues. Used a lot of pillows for support. Even tho' the balconies were tiny we were disappointed to find upon arrival that we could not use them as all in the building were being worked on. When our balcony was done and we go out there was no furniture. It was also disconcerting to say the least to be sitting in the LR and all of a sudden a worker was right next to you on the balcony or going by on the lift machine. Nor could we wake up to the beautiful view as we had to close the curtains. A balcony, a view and comfort were top priorities for us so because of the above I gave a 4 star rating.

Family vacay in the keys

This condo had the best views of the ocean and was so peaceful and a perfect set up for a family of 4 with the two twins in the 2nd bedroom! The beach was small but the resort wasn’t crowded so we had no issues with finding space or chairs. The pool was very big and nice! Good location especially for fishing. We would be happy to stay again!

Our family of 4 stayed here for 4 days to celebrate my son's graduation from high school. The location was perfect and the view was amazing. There was plenty of space for my husband and me and two grown kids. The pool is wonderful and we liked having the pool bar and restaurant. The pool bar food is not great, but the snacks were good as were the drinks. The small beach was nice and unique for the Keys. My son and husband loved fishing on the property and caught a ton of barracuda! The location was perfect for us to explore and hit up restaurants. We will definitely stay again.

Easy Vacation

This was a great place to stay for a long weekend with the family. The description on line was accurate. The space was well suited for what we wanted to do and have the freedom to eat in or go out. The pool was pretty crowded most of the time.

We really enjoyed our stay and had all the amenities for a comfortable visit. Would recommend for any families going to enjoy a trip the the keys. Only thing that would have been a nice extra would be some beach chairs.

Great family vacation!

2 Grandparents,2 Parents, and 2 Kids had a great spring break full of adventures with this as our home base. It was very nice! Clean and handy. Beach area was small and surrounded by mangrove forest. The pool was great. The balcony was not kid safe for a 4 year old, so maybe BYO kid exclusion device/gate, if applicable. It could have used another comfortable chair. Just had a small couch.

Beautiful Oceanview Condo

Loved our stay at Ocean Pointe. The kitchen and main bathroom have recently been remodeled and they are very nice.A variety of restaurants and shops were just a short drive away. There is a bar on the property with typical bar food. We did not try it, but it looked appetizing.Overall a great stay. Would definitely consider again!

Great location & View. We really had a fun weekend and this the condo was close to everything we needed. The one opportunity that we experienced was the toilet in the quest bath was very small and seemed like a children's size. The condo was well stocked and very clean.
