Villetta La Cornola is a beautiful villa with recently-built
swimming pool and large garden with outdoor equipped areas, ideal for a
holiday in Salento with family or friends. It`s in Taurisano, in the heart of southern Salento, a short drive away from the sea. The holiday home accommodates up to 13 guests in two independent units.
The villa is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, barbecue, washing machine,
parking, alarm system, video-surveillance system, hair-dryer, microwave
oven, iron and ironing board, tv and mosquito nets. Baby cot upon
request and with additional fee. Pets are allowed.

The
entirely fenced Villetta La Cornola is a holiday home with swimming pool.
It`s cozy and with several outdoor equipped areas where you can spend
lovely moments. There are three porches with benches, tables and chairs where you can dine or relax.
The
villa consists of two independent units on the ground floor and on the
first floor. The rooms are basic yet lovely, accommodating up to 10
guests.
The first unit consists of a living room with sofa bed, dining room and an open kitchen. Moreover, there are two bedrooms (double and twin) and a full bathroom. It is possible to add the sixth sleeping accommodation on folding bed.
The
second unit is on the first floor and it`s introduced by a spacious
porch with barbecue and outdoor dining area. The unit consists of a
living room with open kitchen and an convertible armchair, 1 double bedroom and a full bathroom. The fourth sleeping accommodation is on folding bed.

The
holiday home with swimming pool La Cornola is in the countryside of
Taurisano, in the heart of southern salento. The city centre with its
services is less than 2 kilometers away.
The closest beaches are the ones of Ugento marina, such as Torre San Giovanni, 10 kilometers away. It is also close to other famous beaches such as Pescoluse, 20 kilometers away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The fourth bathroom is outside.
- The Villa is composed by 2 independent  units.
