This home is a "duplex" so it is attached the neighbour so we ask that you respect them please..

Non negotiables:
Guest who book must be 25 years of age plus
Strictly no parties or gatherings
Pets are allowed only upon negotiation and prior approval: one small, non-shedding dog permitted. Dogs must be house-trained, at least 2 years old, and must not be left unattended. A small pet fee applies.
We do not provide pool/beach towels, so please bring your own.

Payment Terms:
Full payment for your stay will be processed 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival.

Bond Hold:
A bond hold will be placed on your credit card. This amount will be secured 7 days before your arrival. The hold will be released 7 working days after your departure, provided the home is returned in the same state it was found. In the event of any incidentals or excess cleaning, the necessary deductions will be made from this bond.
