Guests are required to complete the Verify Me section before arrival, which takes approximately 2 minutes and includes choosing either a bond hold or a small damage waiver fee of $32.10



Hot tub (KiwiTub): For everyone’s safety, all hot tub instructions must be followed to avoid accidents. It is a KiwiTub – designed & made in NZ – and, because it uses fresh water with no chemicals, guests need to fill it using dedicated hot and cold taps before each use (instructions provided). In summer, you can also fill it partially or fully with cold water for a refreshing cool-down soak. When you check out, the hot tub must be completely emptied and wiped out, leaving it fresh for the next guests.

We want you to feel completely at ease during your stay. While we give our guests plenty of space to relax and enjoy the apartment, we’re always just a message away if you need anything, whether it’s local tips, assistance with the apartment, or anything in between.
