Located in a quiet, private row of houses, it offers a calm and secluded setting ideal for couples and families seeking rest and comfort by the ocean. This is not a party house, and guests are asked to respect the tranquil nature of the neighbourhood throughout their stay.

Wake to the sound of waves, enjoy morning walks on the beach, and spend your days exploring the Bay of Plenty or relaxing at home. Despite its peaceful feel, the property is close to local amenities, making it an ideal base for both relaxation and adventure.

The home features a private swimming pool, perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach. The pool is solar heated and relies on sunlight, so temperatures may vary, particularly in winter. Please note the pool is not fenced, and guests with young children must ensure sliding doors to the patio are kept closed at all times.

Inside, the master bedroom is a private retreat with its own TV, en-suite bathroom, and balcony. Two additional bedrooms with queen beds share a spacious bathroom, while an upstairs living area has been converted into a kids’ room with bunk beds and its own TV, making it ideal for families.

A dedicated workspace on the upper floor allows guests to stay connected while enjoying a beachside lifestyle. Self check-in is available for a smooth arrival, and we are always accessible via your booking to assist or provide local recommendations.

Strict quiet hours apply from 9:00pm to 7:00am, with noise monitoring in place. Excessive noise may result in a security call-out fee and cancellation. This home is best suited to guests looking for a quiet, comfortable coastal getaway where relaxation comes first.

While security cameras are installed on the property, they are not operational.
This is a quiet private row of houses and therefore parties or excessive noise is not appropriate. Quiet hours are 9pm to 8am and are strictly enforced.

The swimming pool is NOT fenced. If you have young children you will need to ensure the sliding doors out to the patio are closed.

The pool is solar heated, meaning the sun heats the pool. In winter, if you don`t have any sun during the day, the pool will not heat up too much. Please keep this in mind.
