« Staying in woodpecker was relaxing and enjoyable. Having access to a games room and pool for my kids was amazing. If they had their way, they would’ve been in the pool every day for many hours. It was lovely being able to have the pool to ourselves so it did not restrict us by impeding on anyone else else’s Swim. « Given good directions to property. Instructions for parking and accessing the property out of reception hours were easy to follow. Fakenham not too far away for grocery shop. WiFi was not terribly good but the whole area around there seems to be much the same. We didn’t use the leisure facilities as we were only on a short break as our first visit to Norfolk. So much we wanted to see in the area. One little issue was the low flying aircraft which gave us a bit of a fright the first night...

« I would 100% recommend a stay here. The hosts were exceptional with their contact throughout right from when we made the booking. They could not have been more helpful and always responded very promptly and helped with recommending a local pub which was really nice.
