« We come with a lot of expectations, the pictures, the location and the price ...The cleaning is terrible!!!! And after we complained, they did nothing. Furthermore one thay, we returned at 1530, and they didnt start to clean. The facilities in the kitchen are minimum if you want to cook, for example there is no strainer. Also budy lotion and hair conditioner is not part of the facilities. My advice, take another place »

« Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der polnischen Tatra. Wir haben nur die Übernachtung gebucht, hätten für eine Extrazahlung aber auch jeden Tag Frühstück und Abendessen haben können. Wir waren 2 mal dort frühstücken und das war soweit in Ordnung. Das Zimmer war für 5 Personen und 2 Hunde sehr klein und ein paar Sachen haben uns gefehlt, z.B. « Wir waren eine große Gruppe von 6 Erwachsenen und 6 Kindern. Das Haus ist ausreichend groß und geräumig. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren ausreichend vorhanden.Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Wir haben einen Mixer und ein paar mehr große Schalen vermisst. Wir haben jeden Abend den Kamin angeheizt. Der Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert bzw. wir haben ihn nicht zum Laufen gekriegt. Die Saunatür ließ sich nicht richtig schließen, wir haben uns mit einem Stuhl beholfen. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter...

« Nous ne savions pas jusqu'à notre arrivée ce que nous avions loué car les photos n'étaient pas ciblées. Une plaque électrique usagée et défaillante. Un séjour vraiment petit mais une entrée et une salle de bain trop grande. Cela ne vaut pas la somme demandée. »

« Recommend to update the couches, they were well used and stained. Otherwise the stay was great. Note this resort is a bit far from the centre of town and requires a car or use of taxi to get around. »
