« Everything was excellent, the Hotel, the Rooms, the Service, the Food and the Casino! Only negative was we had to stand in line for over 20 minutes to check in at 4:00. Probably should have waited until 5 o'clock »

« Staff was friendly and helpful. Extremely clean room and bathroom. This sounds silly to some but an actual usable bar of body soap that lathered on the washcloth! The bottles of water in fridge were greatly appreciated. Quiet area which was nice. Room did not reek of weed or cigarettes! »

« Hotel propre et situé sur une route fréquentée, ce qui engendre un peu de bruit. Chambre de grande taille, propre. Décoration un peu surannée comme tous les hôtels US. Un peu bruyant à cause des autres clients qui prennent le frais sur la coursive, et des ces portes de communication entre chambres. Petit-déjeuner lamentable dans une salle exiguë au possible. Best Western pourrait mieux faire. Une nuit OK, plus cela demande des efforts... »

« Had issues when check in reservation was for king ,hotel room. We were asigned cabin out side hotel thats not what booked. So talked to front desk should my reservation, ended up double room. So not sure who was at fault. »
