All the bedroom windows open up to allow nature in, giving you the feeling of living as one with the surrounding environment.

Despite its secluded location, it is conveniently situated just 90 minutes away from the airport and a short 25-minute drive from Herradura's Auto Mercado, a well-stocked grocery store.
To make the most of your stay at Casa Punta Vista, we highly recommend renting a vehicle or utilizing our trusted transportation services. Having your own means of transportation will allow you to explore the surrounding area at your leisure and fully embrace the wonders of this breathtaking location.
Although our road is paved, it is stronglt recommended to get a 4x4 vehicle, this will give you assurance on the steep mountain roads as well as access to explore other areas, which may not have paved roads. Please be advised that the speed limit within the community is set at 10 mph, as the roads are steep and curvy.
If you decide to hire the transportation service please be advised that booking should be done well in advance to ensure availability, as Uber services are not available in the area.

Other things to note:
- Our pool gets serviced every Wednesday morning.
- Please be aware of ongoing construction in the neighborhood. Noise and view obstruction may occur.
- Parking space for up to 3 vehicles outside, garage is for owner use.
- Housekeeping can be arranged upon request for an extra charge
- We will send you the code to our lockbox the day before your arrival. We will be available to guests via phone or message, to assist in any needs that may arise.
- Check-in time is at 3 pm and check-out time is at 11 am. Early check-ins or late check-outs cannot be accommodated.
- The Jacuzzi does not feature heating
- We don't have curtains, to ensure that the stunning views remain unobstructed. The open design lets you fully enjoy the natural light and scenery all day long.
- Main Closet is for owner use and will remain locked.
- Sometimes, due to external issues that are out of our control, there may be a power cut or the internet/ cable TV can lose signal for a certain amount of time. It is not common, but it can happen. If this does happen during your stay we will not issue a refund.
