We made a complaint, received a response, made ourselves available for someone to look at the oven on the Thursday. It required a part which could be ordered from San Jose and would arrive on the Monday. That was week 1 and we would be back on track for the last 2 weeks. « Bright, Clean, Secure, Fully Equipped with a great pool, on the beach in the heart of Jaco!The property was perfect for a relaxing week back in Jaco. The building in brand new, very secure and in a great location across the street from the beach with a great pool and deck with a glass wall for a wonderful view. The room views directly over the ocean with an end to end view of Jaco beach and the unit is bright and clean and stocked with all the equipment you need in the kitchen as well as towels...

« This is a beautiful condo with pool and beach view in a well-run and maintained resort. The owner's staff is both competent and responsive. If there is any downside, it would only be for those who prefer a more central "downtown" location, but between a walkable beach, safe streets and Uber, that's really not a big deal. »

« The unit is in a percect location on the beautiful Jaco beach with mutiple balconies with views of the ocean and private roof top with sunset views. The rooms are clean with nice upgrades and vomfortable. The prooertyvis well maintained and has all essentials including a paddle board to take to the beach that is just few steps away. The pools are well maintained and the management is very prompt and responsive. A wonderful property that we plan to stay if we are coming back to Jaco. »
