🐾 Pet Fee – A pet fee is required and must be paid prior to arrival.

☀ Quiet Hours – 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM (strictly enforced per community rules).

🚗 Parking – Street parking is available for up to 2 vehicles. An overflow lot is available for additional vehicles. All vehicles must be registered with the community prior to check-in. Please park only in designated areas and pull straight into spaces.

🏊 Amenities – Community pool and outdoor amenities are seasonal. Please inquire if you have any questions about availability.

🔒Security Deposit Option – To help protect our home while keeping cleaning fees low, we offer two options:

• A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your booking, covering up to $1,000 in accidental damage

• A $1,000 refundable security deposit, fully returned after your stay if no damage occurs
