The living room anchors the social life of the condo with a 42" TV loaded with Roku for streaming and a wood-burning fireplace that turns every movie night into something special. The loft has its own 30" TV with an Amazon Fire Stick for late-night streaming away from the group.



Kitchen & Dining



The kitchen is stocked and ready for real cooking - you'll find a full suite of cookware including a stockpot, frying pan, roasting pan, and baking dishes, plus a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and microwave. Plates, mugs, glasses, and full place settings are provided per guest, along with grilling utensils for outdoor cooking. The dishwasher makes cleanup easy so you can get back to the mountain.



Technology



Three TVs throughout the property - all with streaming capability. The living room and lower-level king bedroom each have a 42" set, and the loft has a 30" screen. WiFi is powered by a mesh network with an extender in the living room for solid coverage across all three levels.



Outdoor



Step out to the deck and fire up the propane grill - the wooded surroundings make al fresco meals feel like a proper Poconos escape.



Laundry



In-unit washer and dryer are available for your use - great for longer stays or ski days that leave everything damp.



Community Amenities



As a guest of Mountain Hideaway, you have access to the Village at Camelback community amenities, including an indoor heated pool, sauna, and tennis courts - all located at the HOA building at 601 Camelback Drive.



Pool and sauna hours:

Monday through Thursday: 3 PM - 7 PM

Friday: 2 PM - 7 PM

Saturday and Sunday: 11 AM - 7 PM



All guests must be registered to access community amenities.



Amenities & Shared Spaces



The community indoor heated pool is a standout feature, especially for winter visits when an outdoor dip isn't on the table. The sauna is a perfect wind-down after a day on the slopes, and the tennis courts are just steps away from the pool building. Everything is located at the front of the community near the overflow parking lot, making it easy to pop over between activities.

Things to Know



★ The roads are paved but steep and narrow - take it slow on arrival, especially in winter conditions

★ Road salt and a snow shovel are provided for winter guests

★ 4WD is not required, but caution is recommended in snowy conditions

★ Multi-level property with approximately 5 steps to the front porch, 15 steps down to the lower level, and 15 steps up to the loft - not ideal for guests with significant mobility limitations

★ No smoking on the property

★ Pets are welcome

★ HOA quiet hours and community rules apply - please respect your neighbors

★ All guests accessing the pool and community amenities must be registered

★ No RV or trailer parking on site

★ Community dumpster located at the front of the community



Security cameras: For guest and property safety, exterior security cameras monitor the entrances and outdoor areas. There are no cameras inside the home.
