Our beautiful mountain retreat at Camelback Mountain will make you and your family feel at home. This three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath mountaintop property is brimming with community amenities and fine things that will make you feel right at ease. Hosting up to 8 guests with plenty of space to spread out, you will enjoy a comfortable and cozy stay. Great for year-round vacation. This is the vacation you deserve! We'd like to offer a warm welcome to our new home. The kitchen is fully furnished with plates, glasses, utensils, pots, pans, spices, and so on, so you can relax and enjoy your stay. All of the bedrooms have white cotton sheets and comfy duvets. This house has enough of space for the complete group to relax.

Every aspect of the home has Camelback running through its veins. From tastefully placed décor to ski in/ski out access (see pictures, located in Cluster 6A) + hiking access in the Summer, you've found the right spot for your Camelback getaway.

Head to the deck with a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise or a cocktail to watch the sunset.

Sure, eating at the finest restaurants can be fun. But sometimes we all need a home cooked meal, right? That's why our kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you'll need to cook you and your family a nice dinner.

Is that a cloud your sleeping on? Nope, that's just our generous sleeping arrangements and cozy couch.

Friendly competition? Relaxing hot tub? Feel free to use the gated community amenities at The Village at Camelback. Included in your stay is access to swimming, hot tub, sauna, fitness room, and tennis courts.

Guests have access to the entire space and have the right to go directly to the ski slope at the end of our block and ski down to the ski resort office to get lift tickets. We're located in cluster 6 of The Village at Camelback for reference. The gated community also has community swimming, hot tub, sauna, fitness room, and tennis courts for guests (free but need to sign up). Guests have access to community trash disposal (right turn right before exit gate).

Very clean and homey property! Being able to wake up and walk from our front door to the slopes was incredibly convenient. We were even able to come back for lunch before we headed out to ski in the afternoon each day. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Beds were comfortable and deck was nice for morning coffee. 10/10 recommend. We will be back!

Very close to mountain. Technically on-mountain, but do not think of it as ski-in, ski-out. It is a 250 yard hike to get to trail. Some of the path is paved, some not. You go under other decks of houses. Owner highly responsive.

2 minutes from Camelback waterpark

This property was fabulous. We had a family of 7. Very comfortable space for us all. Nice grill for us to use. Equipped with all the essentials needed for a long stay. We loved the deck. Maintenance was very responsive for a couple minor things. Property owner was fantastic.

We had a relaxing and peaceful trip. Got to the water park and hiking at Bushkill Falls. Grounds were clean. Nice Mountain View’s both day and night. Great spot for family time. Would hit it up again for skiing.

Mixed experience at premium property

We had a good trip overall, but there were some disappointments with this rental. Our check-in was delayed by a few hours while cleaning was completed. The heating units in both the living room and upstairs bedroom didn't work for the first day of our stay. For the price we paid, these issues were frustrating.The host was very apologetic and partially compensated us with half a night's refund. While the kids loved the resort and we enjoyed our time there, the value didn't quite match the premium price. Not sure we'd return to this specific rental despite the positive resolution unless certain changes to their processes are made.

We loved this property!!! First, they allowed us to bring our dog which we appreciated so much to be able to bring him along on our trip! This is a great place to stay for ski on ski off house at the mountain. It was clean, UPDATED, and felt very cozy. I was able to get in touch with the owner easily with any questions i had and he replied back promptly. I would love to stay here again.

Good home, some quirks

Overall our stay was pleasant. The bedrooms are on top floor and bottom floor; you have to use stairs to enter any bedroom. I was unaware of that, since I have some mobility issues, it was definitely a problem for me. The check in process went smoothly. The pool at the indoor facility was a bonus for kids. There is a major issue with heating the entire home. They have baseboards, but only half work. You have to be technologically advanced to operate the mini splits in each room. That was not brought to our attention; they all have to be ON in order to work and sync together. It’s more complicated than it sounds. The sponge in the sink was old and used and that personally skeeves me out. I except a fresh, unopened sponge at homes that provide such. There was enough washer pods and dishwasher pods which was a bonus. The home was very clean. There is no wood provided for the fireplace, so we couldn’t use it. There was also a “do not drink the water” notice on the fridge, but it was addressed and the owner was able to respond quickly about it and inform us that it was an old notice from months ago when a new pipeline was replaced locally. Pretty scary though to see that…

Overall we had a great stay. Location was perfect for all the things we wanted to do. Very close to outlets, we had a spa day, and fun playing games and watching movies. Communication with owner was quick and easy. We all felt that the kitchen was not as well stocked as advertised. Missing things we assumed it would have like a bigger soup pan, medium to larger frying pan, and 13 x 9 pan. We made do with what we had. Also felt that some things were in ill repair… bathroom doors not shutting properly, cabinet doors… nothing that a little work couldn’t fix. We were all just happy to be together! Thank you!

This place has everything you are looking for… the view, comfort, working ACs and all of the appliances, Snow White sheets and abundance of toiletries and towels. Close to water park, great hiking uphill just from the front door. Easy parking, friendly neighbors:) did I mention good quality Wi-Fi??? Will stay again!
