Whether you're here for ski weekends or summer escapes, this place has the charm to match every season.



The Space:

★ Not ideal for guests with mobility limitations - approximately 10 stairs to the front porch, 15 steps to the top floor, and about 10 steep stairs to the basement laundry area

Entertainment



Three TVs in the home keep everyone covered. The living room has a 42" TV with cable and streaming access through the cable box. The top-floor right bedroom has a 32" TV with cable and streaming. The top-floor left bedroom has a 25" TV with a DVD player only. A DVD collection is a great bring-along for movie nights in that room.



Kitchen & Dining



The kitchen is stocked and ready for real cooking - from slow cooker Sunday dinners to full holiday spreads. You'll find a full suite of cookware including a roasting pan, baking pans, mixing bowls, and a complete knife block. A coffee maker, toaster, and mixer round out the everyday essentials. The dishwasher handles cleanup so you can get back to the mountain.



Technology



Three TVs total - living room and top-floor right bedroom offer cable and streaming via the cable box. WiFi provided through a dedicated router. Streaming is available through the cable box on the two main TVs.



Outdoor



A propane grill with a tank and cover is ready for grilling season. The wooded, mountain setting gives the outdoor space a peaceful, tucked-away feel.



Laundry



Washer and dryer located in the unfinished basement - accessible via approximately 10 steep stairs from the main level.



Community Amenities



Whim's Delight is part of the Northridge at Camelback HOA community. Guests have access to community tennis courts at the HOA building on Quail Ln.



Amenities & Shared Spaces



Community tennis courts are available through the HOA at the building on Quail Ln - a great way to squeeze in some activity between ski runs or hikes. Trash disposal is easy with a community dumpster located on Camelback Rd directly across from Quail Ln, behind the overflow parking lot.



Guest Access:

The paved driveway fits 2 cars, but note that it is both steep and narrow - take it slow on arrival, especially in winter. Overflow parking is available directly across from the HOA building on Quail Ln on Camelback Dr. Self check-in makes arrival easy and flexible. Your host is available if you have questions but will otherwise give you the space to enjoy your stay.

- Not recommended for guests with significant mobility limitations
