This warm and inviting, two-story townhouse is perfect for the entire family! Step through your front door into a bright and open space with soaring ceilings, a well-equipped, full kitchen, a dining table, and a comfy living area with a wood-burning fireplace and a TV. When the temperature rises, head outside to your furnished deck where you can fire up your private gas grill and dine in the fresh mountain air. You will also have access to community tennis courts if you need to polish up your backhand while you're away.
This home is located just a mile northwest of the base of Camelback Mountain Resort, which features some of the best skiing, snowboarding, tubing, and ziplining in the region. The outdoor Camelbeach Mountain Waterpark is a mile and a half east, the Aquatopia Indoor Waterpark (voted the number one indoor waterpark in USA Today in 2019) is two miles east, while the trails and sweeping views of Big Pocono State Park are two miles southeast. Indulge in a relaxing treatment at the Serenity Spa one mile east, or enjoy some retail therapy at the Crossings Premium Outlets only four miles beyond. And if you're looking to pick up some dinner, grab a bite at one of several local restaurants.

All guests must complete and return the required registration paperwork at least 48 hours before check-in. Guests are also required to supply a copy of their Identification for all members in the rental party that are at or over the age of 18 by 12:00pm EST on the day prior to arrival.
Failure to complete the registration process will result in cancelation of the reservation.
The shared pool is not accessible.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
